Facebook is a social networking site where users can connect with each other and with various forms of content and applications. Facebook now claims over 500 million active users and that number continues to grow steadily. It is the third most trafficked website in the world (behind Google and Yahoo) and the most heavily trafficked social media site in the world.

Because Facebook is the largest social network, having a Facebook Business Page (a.k.a. Facebook Fan Page) is a great way to stay connected with prospects and customers on a site that they likely visit on a daily basis. It also allows you to facilitate a more personal connection with your audience. You’ll be able to share company insights, industry updates, pictures, videos, and more with your audience. You’ll also be able to get your fans’ opinions via polls and comments on your updates.

Because of the sheer number of users on Facebook, a segment of your audience is going to be represented on this network. As a business, You should have five primary goals when you’re connecting with your Facebook community.

2. Integrate your Facebook Business Page with CRM Software

By integrating your Facebook page, you can:

3. Schedule updates to your Facebook Business Page
