Described as “a visionary thinker with wisdom to match,” Chris teaches leaders and organizations how to inspire people. With a bold goal to help build a world in which the vast majority of people go home every day feeling fulfilled by their work, Chris is leading a movement to inspire people to pursue their life’s purpose.

Trained in adult learning, he is a highly sought-after speaker, trainer and strategic thought leader.  During his time in the United States Air Force, Chris became fascinated by the leaders that made the greatest impact in their organizations and in the world; those with the capacity to inspire. Through his vast research he discovered some remarkable patterns about how leaders think, act and communicate and the environments in which people operate at their natural best. This inspiration lead to Chris professional military instructor, where he began sharing his leadership knowledge and developing military leaders. He has devoted his life to learning and sharing his thinking in order to help other leaders and organizations inspire action.

He also, has been recruited to spearhead the successful launch and product introduction of a telecommunications company and a healthcare brand into the region.

Chris keen understanding of people and his unconventional and innovative views on business and leadership will leave you both amazed and refreshed. Chris remains optimistic about the future of business and shares his optimism in every encounter. He has spoken across the United States to various trade organizations as well as local chamber events, and he brings a unique world view and personal experiences in life and business to his talks, courtesy of his military background. Chris is active on Social Media as well as, his local community.

Chris is a faculty member of the 360 HPL Academy, a highly regarded leadership think tank. He is also active in the non-profit world, working with various charities across Middle Georgia. He currently serves on the Board of Directors for Leadership Macon.

He lives in Macon, GA with his wife Nicole and their three children.
